Re-Entry Services
Strive: Pre-Release Transitional Services

This re-entry program provides services to men and women, Pre-release Services are intended to prepare offenders for transition from incarceration to normal life within the community. Pre-release services may include:

 • Training
• Treatment
• Mentoring
• Tutoring
• Information
• Referrals
• Advocacy

 

Strive: Post-Release Transitional Services

Post-release re-entry services will address the specific needs of individuals after release from prison or jails to aid in a successful reintegration into to the community. Re-entry Services include:

• Coordination of Services needed through Case Management
 • Advocacy
 • Locating Clothing and Shelter
 • Job Readiness
 • Job Placement
• Job Searching skills
 • Job Etiquette
 • Household Management and Living Skills
 • Budgeting
• Family Relationships
 • Medical and Mental Health Services referrals
 • Substance Abuse
 • Life Skills and Coaching Services.


Individuals will receive assistance with completing application remaining current on financial obligations to their children, and finding ongoing support in the community.



D.A.D Talk (Dads All Day)

Is an open forum discussion within a supportive group that meets weekly and gives Men and Father’s a confidential place to talk about concerns, challenges and life situations in a productive group setting. While brainstorming productive strategies; assist in new effective ways of communication to voice your concerns with other peers. Dad Talk

CO-PARENTING CLASS

We will assist with the importance of Co-Parenting and learning practical communication ways to keep the communication positive, while establishing a routine for effective visitation.

Minors In Possession (MIP)
Is a systematic treatment and strategy that seeks to decrease recidivism among juvenile and adult criminal offenders by increasing moral reasoning.
